New forum for Shopping in Hawaii

We've decided to put up a new forum that will be all about shopping in Hawaii.

Give us your favorite places to go, favorite malls, favorite local stores, favorite little shops that only you know about... whatever it is, post it up here.

Maybe some of you ladies can share some of your purchases by showing photos of what you got while you were here.

If anyone has some favorite online shopping sites, put them up here as well.

This ought to be a good area. Share up everybody!

I am with Todd on the Aloha Stadium flea market. I have a few things that I have purchased there. PLus you get to talk to the locals and get good info.

I got my daughter a beautiful Japanese fan..It was HUGE! it had Cranes for good luck..water falls and differnat shades of blues though out! and this was gotten at the Aloha Stadium!

talk about a lot of walking! we mailed it back home!


There is a little K-mart by Fisherman's Wharf..on a curve that I loved! got a lot a great things at a good price!

It is good news for Hawaiians to have a new shopping forum regarding the shopping places and stores in Hawaii. Hawaii is an excellent place for shopping and leisure. The shopping forum will provide latest information about the market and purchases of different stuffs.

I can find a lot of souvenirs in Hawaii. I bought there two shirts, they really cool and outstanding style of Hawaii.

Shopping any place in Hawaii is great......you are in Hawaii!!!!! Hopefully I get to hit the flea market soon! I have a couple things in the works that might allow my dream to come true!!!!

I really like to shop the little carts around the International Market Place.
I suppose that they remind me somewhat of Bloody Mary in the production, South Pacific................
"You like Mister?", "How much you give Mister?" " Mrs look nice in it" "I take 2 dollah"
Several years ago when they announced that the IMP was renovating to suit current needs, all that I could picture
was a large crane tearing down the Banyan Tree and a caravan of little ladies pushing their carts over to Kuhio and an empty parking lot.
It is good that some believe that current needs do not change much.
Shopping does not necessarily mean buying, or so I tell Jeanne.

I am with you on that Rich! I always go to the International Market Place. I rarely buy things there, other than food and drinks, but it is a tradition!

Wal-Mart is a very popular store in the mainland United States. If you wanted to save on anything that you wanted to buy, go to Wal-Mart.My family went to Wal-Mart to buy toiletries and some beach necessities. But then I found out that the Wal-Mart in Hawaii sells a lot of things that a tourist wanted to bring home. Mostly items you can find at tourist stores in Waikiki.
